Don't do it! These guys keep you on hold for hours, their prices are expensive, they try and get you into contracts to buy phones, they have a monopoly and you can tell. It is shocking how expensive the services are compared to other countries.

Great reliable service however found that my account was being charged for calls and texts not made on the phone.

This is a appealing store inside and the service I got was very helpful but they can get really busy at lunch time so if you can visit outside 12-2pm you'll probably get help a lot quicker.

Called sales team 0800 777 301 10AM. He said he will transfer the call to the right team. Then the call dropped. Made another call to sales 0800 777 301 and was successfully transferred. Staff says all On Account is not free. He found out later that he is wrong after I said that's not true. Customer representatives should be well trained. They should also read first any notes made recently to the phone number being discussed about.

Got my first mobile from Vodafone. low price and great phone. They offer cheap plan for student which was awesome. customer service could do better.
