we use vodafone for our home phone, internet and tv. when the internet went down last week i rang the call centre and they were able to fix this within 10 minutes, good service

VF has a lot of great deals. Its a shame their call centres are understaffed in the evenings. It can take up to a hour on hold before you'll get to speak with someone.

Excellent store overall, the staff are very proactive and friendly to deal with whether it be phones, accessories or mobile plans! They are always willing to help and were able to get me and my family member`s phone sorted in no time at all! They even gave us a special deal with a bit of extra data! We really enjoy being with Vodafone, and their network is very good overall!
