A busy Vodafone shop, but the lady I dealt with was awesome and really knew her stuff.

Great service in store from staff, however extremely understaffed during lunch hours. Don't bother calling via the contact centre you will be on hold for a lonnnngg time.

Offer great services but are overpriced and completely shameless when it comes to the small customer.
When can i make full use of my smartphone as its designed without a ridiculous contract term or paying $100 month?

*all good, but could always use some free international texts. only had a couple of problems with them in the past but nothing too bad!
