Focal Point Cinema & Cafe

I love going here for lunch or dinner and a movie. Food has always been really good and staff are always nice. They keep the place clean and tidy. The cinema seating is quite comfortable with good leg room. Number one place to go and see a movie with the baby on the special screening times.

Had a chicken noodle salad for lunch. There were no real noodles just some kind of crackers.. too much sauce too. Service was ok, friendly staff.

Really like the makeover of the cinema and seating. Only problem is that they need to check to toilets either at the end of the day or before opening due to the male toilets being quite dirty. My son didnt want to sit down as the seats had marks and stains on them.

Love the cinemas and cafe, great coffee, fresh food, especially salads are so yummy. Best place to catch up with a friend or for a quick meeting, as very conveniently is open till late.

We come to Focal Point Cinema almost every second weekend and we live it. The sound is exception, like you can feel the sound. The seats are really comfortable too, and the coffee from the Cafe is nice as well. Definately recommend this place for your go to place - I find it much better than Napier. Also the rewards program is ope Point - $1, and every certain amount of points you get a free movie. Also free movie on your birthday!
