      Mr Minit Chartwell - SHODDY WORKMANSHIP & OWNER WITH LACK OF INTEGRITY. The owner of Mr Minit Chartwell totally ruined a piece of silver jewellery with his terrible engraving workmanship. He had two attempts & admitted to my daughter he needed to Google what an infinity sign looked like. Pascoes Jewellers Chartwell put the replacement jewellery on hold for my daughter as they viewed his workmanship and felt Mr Minit should go to them and pay for the replacement item! He wouldn't even refund the cost of his terrible engraving job. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take any precious jewellery to him for engraving he obviously doesn't have the skill level or the conscience to put things right.We will definitely be taking this further with the Head Office of Mr Minit, there needs to be a better standard within their Franchise Organisation.

      I urge you not to support Mr Minit Chartwell Hamilton if this is his standard of running a business.
