Mr Minit at Chartwell is absolutely useless, got a house key cut, it cost me $10.50 and when I got it home it wouldn't even fit the lock. The guy cut the key in a matter of seconds, maybe if you spent longer on quality control you might have happy customers. I will never deal with you again and I'm sure this review will deter other people from dealing with you.

Incompetence is a word I would use to describe Mr Minit at Chartwell Hamilton. I had a Honda key that needed to be copied (Clearly labelled Honda) 1 key was a Honda blank the other was a Toyota blank - this is visible quite clearly. The indian man refused to accept responsibility, saying it must have been a trainee! refused to accept that he should be over seeing their work. Refused to give a refund/store credit said he would cut another key (I didn't need 3) when i reached total exacerbation & said cut me another Honda key then he said it would cost me $10.90 (he told me not 5 min before the key was with $7.90)!
I sternly suggest another key cutting merchant, try Waikato auto locksmith 0800566577 (they come to you) or Price & sons in Frankton 8475500 Both are great at their job!
