Staff are wonderful at this micheal hill. They go the extra mile to ensure your dreams are met. We got choosen at Christmas time for approval for our dream ring. Prior we had been declined but the lovely lady we were dealing with choose us to grant one wish to. The quality of their jewellery and forever care plan is great value! we have had re sizing's done and cleanings done at no cost. By far the best customer service and non pushy sales reps at Michael hill we have experienced. Being located in the mall parking is of ease. The shop is very well set up and displays make browsing easy and very eye catching. We haven't shopped at any other jewelers since.

Staff are always very helpful here and pleasant. I always have a look when they have sales running because some of their pieces are really nice and you can get them for a decent price too.
