Small store but seems to have most of the popular things. Staff is always friendly and eager to communicate, which is nice.

Staff are wonderful at this micheal hill. They go the extra mile to ensure your dreams are met. We got choosen at Christmas time for approval for our dream ring. Prior we had been declined but the lovely lady we were dealing with choose us to grant one wish to. The quality of their jewellery and forever care plan is great value! we have had re sizing's done and cleanings done at no cost. By far the best customer service and non pushy sales reps at Michael hill we have experienced. Being located in the mall parking is of ease. The shop is very well set up and displays make browsing easy and very eye catching. We haven't shopped at any other jewelers since.

Awesome bunch of staff that really ensure they show you rices that meet the requirement brief and budget. High customer service and the store was very clean and tidy

small jewellers compared to town which showed in the stock they had on display, a bit disappointing but the service was really good. they could order in from town but would be easier to go in there yourself
