Kiwi Shuttles

I've used Kiwi Shuttles 3 times recently. The 1st time they were 30mins late and unapologetic. The 2nd time, they were 30mins late again, not a single word was said despite us being the only passengers, and after phone booking and being quoted $36 we were charged $40. The 3rd time, I overpaying $10 cash by mistake. I emailed the company for a refund but got zero reply. I have to say, every trip the same driver has been grumpy, rude and late. Not impressed at the 'service'.

Called to confirm that my shuttle would arrive before 9:30 as I was a little nervous. The man I spoke to was the biggest prick I have ever spoken to - talked about himself being as expert, but the comments below obviously don't attest to this being true. Won't be using this company again. AVOID!

The boss of this company is very kind and has helped many students to settle in Dunedin. He usually fetches students and now has a big and efficient company with many drivers.

Excellent service these guys are so friendly and helpful, Really went out of there way when I recently left my bag at the Dunedin airport. Rung the driver and he dropped off my bag on the next run! So great full to these guys!
