Kiwi Shuttles

Absolutely terrible service, booked a return trip from the airport and received a confirmation email. First trip was fine, return trip I was told to wait outside at 4:50am to be picked up between 4:50-5am for my 6:25am flight, no sign of the shuttle at 5:15am so I called both numbers on the email, no answer so I left a message ...... had to make other arrangements to get to the airport, almost missed my flight and had to spend a lot more than I had budgeted for! I emailed them for an explanation and got a wishy-washy excuse 2 days later with no offer of any form of compensation for this terrible experience. I will never use this service again and will be telling everyone about the disgusting service - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wanted to go local instead of using supershuttle, so I called Kiwi.
Booked 5 days in advance, told to be ready for pick-up at 0450 AM. Reconfirmed the day before, confirmed that pick-up would occur between 0450-0500. Stood outside with wife at 0450. Waited until 0515 to enquire as to when they might arrive, told 10 minutes. Arrives at 0527. Have been standing in cold and dark for 37 minutes. No contact, no apology, no explanation. Then we stopped to pick up others. When I commented on this, I got a snarky, 'that's how shuttles work, bro'. Got us to airport with 4 minutes to spare before check-in closed.
Avoid these folks. Deeply, deeply unprofessional. And pretty unpleasant to boot.
