Friendly helpful but unobtrusive staff. The clothing is small fitting so buy a size larger than your child usually wears.

Love this store, I had my son very young and found I received a lot of judgment in other baby stores. The staff at the Baby Factory always made me feel very welcome, took time to help me with car seat safety and I never once felt judged.

I love this store! From the prices to the products. Staff is friendly and helpful in recommending products which would be suitable. They ordered in something for me that wasn't in stock!
