Baby Factory

Love this store, I had my son very young and found I received a lot of judgment in other baby stores. The staff at the Baby Factory always made me feel very welcome, took time to help me with car seat safety and I never once felt judged.

Friendly helpful but unobtrusive staff. The clothing is small fitting so buy a size larger than your child usually wears.

Biggest range of baby supplies, best prices and huge stores

Poor Customer Service, I purchased a expensive bottle sterilizer it broke after one week. I took it back to get replaced or refunded, staff were awful just horrible experience. I would say the manager needs to look at customer service training for herself.

The baby factory is an outstanding store, miles better than any of their competitors in Dunedin!
