Enjoyed our stay,lovely large room that was light and airy,very comfortable beds,room was very clean and tidy,staff at reception were very helpful and knowledgeable about dunedin

Very clean and spacious. We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. Great location. But the best thing is the staff. They were outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely first choice in Dunedin now

Top notch place . Awsome rooms and awsome owners who make you very welecome . Will definitely be staying here again . Rooms were good size and warm nice and handy to town and everything you need is only a 2 min walk

Booked on a non refundable website for a good price. Room was a bit dated like most in Dunedin, but big comfortable and very clean.

The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very friendly. Great location. Very cool cave stye spa pool.
