Often just passing through dunedin for a night this is a great place to stay. warm easy and nice rooms!

The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very friendly. Great location. Very cool cave stye spa pool.

Top notch place . Awsome rooms and awsome owners who make you very welecome . Will definitely be staying here again . Rooms were good size and warm nice and handy to town and everything you need is only a 2 min walk

Stayed here for a weekend and it was ok. Everything was clean and tidy but the decor is a bit dated. I'd recommend a bit of a spruce up. Prices were ok

Room was clean , all that we needed for a couple of nights. It was close to shops, restaurants and reasonably priced.
