At HSM we take pride in the expertise we have developed over more than 30 years in stainless steel tank manufacturing. We are based in Penrose, Auckland and are capable of delivering our services to industries nationwide, as well as internationally.
Our purpose built factory in Penrose is the largest tank manufacturing workshop in Auckland with the ability to produce tanks of up to 750,000 litre capacity. This flexible manufacturing capability enables us to cater for almost any requirement, including storage silos, process vessels, blending and mixing vessels, hazardous goods and pressure vessels. We are a small engineering team that are focused on providing design excellence and quality engineering for a wide range of industries  food and dairy, wine and beverage, brewing, plastics, pulp and paper, chemicals, pharmaceutical and wastewater treatment. Each industrys quality and safety standards are unique in their specification, and for each structure we build we guarantee the quality to meet the required standards for the industry. Quality Standards
HSM designs and manufactures tanks and vessels from many industries from food, dairy, brewing and wine to plastics, pulp and paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and waste water treatment. Each industrys quality and safety standards are unique in their specification, and for each structure we build we guarantee the quality to meet the required standards for the industry. We work to ensure our team understand and comply with the appropriate standards involved in each project.

Standards Compliance
Hazardous Materials  HSM are able to design and build HSNO certified tanks and vessels.

Pressure vessels  it is a legal requirement for any pressure vessel to be built to a designated code. HSM can advise, design and build pressure vessels to comply with Design Code AS 1210 .

Facility and Equipment
In 2010 we moved into our purpose built factory which provides us with a totally covered fabrication shop of 1200 square metres, serviced by 10 overhead gantry cranes from 2 tonne to 12 tonne. We are able to build tanks and vessels of up to 750,000 litres.
