Daily sessions are planned and structured, providing a core of skill learning, followed by skill games/aquatic scenarios. Come in and learn the elements of this exciting underwater sport. ### Birthday Parties We now offer aquatic birthday parties for your child and friends to celebrate in the water. Take on the terrain with your team coach leading the pack through hills, mountain peaks, flats, interval training and time trials. ### Going for Gold Arobics based routines with weights and abdominal components.
