<p>We specialise in FORKLIFTS and everything to do with FORKLIFTS  we lease  short and long term, sell  new and used machines - engine powered diesel and petrol/LPG FORKLIFTS and Electric FORKLIFTS. We carry out a range of services/planned maintenance, carry out on-site WOFs/Safe Forklift Compliance Inspections, repairs of any kind on any make and model of forklift. We sell parts for all makes and models of forklifts and stock a range of backup products ie forks, seats, tyres etc. Your one stop FORKLIFT shop. Is forklift safety causing you stress - let us take care of your forklift and keep it up to a safe working standard. We can take care of everything for you - carry out a Safe Forklift Appraisal, advise you what you need - does my forklift need a WOF and Reg? Planned Maintenance and issue Safe Forklift Compliance to your forklift. We will predict your usage and choose a planned maintenance program specific to your needs, carry our regular maintenance to save on costly breakdowns and breakages. We have five mobile service vehicles set up to visit you at your premises and carry out most FORKLIFT repairs, planned maintenance and on-site WOFs &amp; Compliance Inspections. For the bigger jobs we have a fully equipped workshop and can arrange to have your machine transported to us for repair. Nelson Forktrucks Ltd is a NZ locally owned and operated business, Directors Kim Murdoch and Colleen Bradley started the business back in December 1993, over 20 years ago. Now we have a team of people working with us from our Head Office at 10 Cargill Place Richmond. We moved into the premises in Cargill Place in Richmond in 1996. This base is central to support the range of industry we have in our Nelson area, horticulture, timber and fishing. Here we have a full workshop and steam cleaning facility. We also have space for an extensive range of parts for all makes and models of forklifts. There is also our display yard for demonstration of our forklifts and our offices. Over the years we have seen many changes, in staff and in products/agencies. Nelson Forktrucks Ltd now operate independently and travel though out the South Island on regular trips, and even sometimes travel to the North Island to service clients and our Hire forklifts in the area. Well come to you - we have five mobile service vehicles set up to visit you at your premises and carry out most repairs, planned maintenance and on-site WOFs Inspections and Safe Forklift Compliance Inspections, we can call in and carry out a full appraisal on your forklift, advise you what is required to get your machine legal and up to a safe working standard. For the bigger jobs we a fully equipped workshop and can arrange to have your machine transported to us for repair. Nelson Forktrucks Ltd offer Sales of new and used forklifts, pallet lifters and a range of specialized equipment. NFL have an extensive Rental Fleet of forklifts - available on short or long term Hire - 1 hour to five years, Petrol/LPG, Diesel and Electric machines to choose from 1.5 - 12 tonnes and all of these machines have a Full Safety Compliance and are regularly maintained. We offer sales of all back up products for forklifts - batteries, forks, tyres, lift chain, seats, seat belts, flashing lights etc. Nelson Forktrucks Ltd - your one stop forklift shop. Our staff carry all their own PPSE, first aid kit (and qualified as first aiders) fire extinguisher, spill kits plus all the tools for the job. We have all of our electrical equipment and chains tested as per the standard. Our technicians are qualified, all have current OSH cert and "F" endorsements for the forklift license.
