BT Pilates is a Pilates provider specialising in mat classes and prescription exercise to improve your movement and keep your niggles at bay.  Our instructor is a retired veterinarian who has a lifetime of training and experience in sports and sports related injuries.  With pilates and bowen therapy certification, he brings  innovative and  carefully constructed pilates mat classes and home exercise prescriptions to you.  We enhance and empower every aspect of your life by giving you the knowledge and motivation to keep going, moving well until well into your nineties!
