The Village Bakehouse specialises in traditional French and speciality breads, fine pastries and brioches, French wedding cakes & gateaux, meat pies, savouries, quiches, biscuits, cookies, scones, muffins, filled rolls and sandwiches, and coffee to go.

We also provide a range of gluten free breads, biscuits and gateaux, as well as made to order French treats such as Paris-Brests, flans, pate and quiche Lorraine. 

Our bakery is conveniently close to the University of Canterbury, College of Education, Burnside High School and Westburn School.
