We have been totally impressed with the professionalism of the Ironbridge team particularly Monique who worked directly with us.
We were kept up to date with viewings and other information about our property through regular contact. It was great to have confidence 'from a distance' that the property was being managed in an outstanding way. Very grateful to all the team.

Most unprofessional, unhelpful useless company for any service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We were lied to about the condition of the property and extent of earthquake damage to the property. When first viewing the property only the neighboring unit was available to view but we were assured that the earthquake damage to our unit was of the same extent as the unit we viewed, which was minor cracks in the gib, and reassured of the fact when we signed the lease. Only to find out when we moved in that there was a 10cm crack through the centre of the property separating the garage from the rest of the unit, there was also extensive damage to the external cladding that was not visible from the driveway, mould in the bathroom and to top it off it had carpet beetles. We were also informed on move in day that the property was to be demolished not repaired as we were originally told during the viewing and signing of the lease. 11 days after moving in(conveniently a day after our bond had been lodged) we were informed that the property was being demolished and we'd have to vacate. They refused to repay the letting fee, they refused to do any repairs to the multiple appliances that didn't work, they offered no help or support in helping us relocate. and took over a week to reply to any of our attempts to contact them, they also sent us personal corresponds intended for the landlord. Then it has taken them over a week and a half to go and do the final inspection on the property after talking to 3 different property managers there all saying that they would go out immediately yet no one did. Would strongly advise to NEVER do business with Ironbridge.

Very rude and unprofessional management people. It is my second year with Iron Bridge but still my property manager is still missing my information which I was not aware. When the contract was renewed on second year, she is still not bothering to ask me. This lack of information cost on myself. And I only got to know when the invoices came, while they promised giving me notice i advance of any costs in the first place I signed contract with them. They treat clients like rubbish and the property manager herself is the queen.

Have had fantastic service from Monique. She had provided me with knowledgable and timely information from before my property was built up until finding a tenant. I have found Monique to be friendly and approachable. I now look forward to a long relationship with my property manager Ann.
