Have had fantastic service from Monique. She had provided me with knowledgable and timely information from before my property was built up until finding a tenant. I have found Monique to be friendly and approachable. I now look forward to a long relationship with my property manager Ann.

Very rude and unprofessional management people. It is my second year with Iron Bridge but still my property manager is still missing my information which I was not aware. When the contract was renewed on second year, she is still not bothering to ask me. This lack of information cost on myself. And I only got to know when the invoices came, while they promised giving me notice i advance of any costs in the first place I signed contract with them. They treat clients like rubbish and the property manager herself is the queen.

Special shout out to Wendy and Rachael. Thanks so much guys for always being so caring and approachable. You both have been so helpful to us and it's a pity to know that we are getting new landlords. On behalf of my family and I from 108 Buchanans Road, thank you guys so much for everything.

I would thoroughly recommend Annie Plummer at Iron Bridge for managing rental properties. She was prompt, efficient, competent and easy to deal with. She always returned my calls/emails immediately and went above and beyond her duties to ensure I had a positive and professional experience with Ironbridge. I look forward to my continuing successful association with Annie and Ironbridge.

- able to call someone at the office during work hours

Bad
- no action on maintenance requests
- depending on the day, maybe indifferent, maybe rude/dismissive.
- last minute communication about lease extensions (e.g. two days before lease ended), inspections

Overall from tenant point of view unsatisfactory. Poor communication and relationship building.
