- no action on maintenance requests
- depending on the day, maybe indifferent, maybe rude/dismissive.
- last minute communication about lease extensions (e.g. two days before lease ended), inspections

Overall from tenant point of view unsatisfactory. Poor communication and relationship building.

Quick to respond. Professional and helpful in answering questions. Although interactions have been with a single employee.

I would thoroughly recommend Annie Plummer at Iron Bridge for managing rental properties. She was prompt, efficient, competent and easy to deal with. She always returned my calls/emails immediately and went above and beyond her duties to ensure I had a positive and professional experience with Ironbridge. These guys at Ironbridge have been super helpful and supportive from the first time I made contact with them.
