Bunnings

Often pop into Bunnings Cambridge as it is our closest hardware store. But unfortunately the customer service is poor, especially when trying to call them to order building materials or availability of certain items.

Mixed feelings about this store unfortunately. I shop here often and usually find that the experience is fine, however I have received some awful customer service here particularly from a man working in the paint department, I think he was the manager at the time. He was unhelpful, rude and lorded over me so I couldn't get a word in then pursued to yell across the store to another staff member telling them not to help me.

This store can be good and not so good. They have everything you could need for home maintenance but the staff can be uninterested in helping and almost seem to avoid the customers. A little bit of training on helping customers instead of ignoring them could be good.

Another great Bunnings Store with all the things you need for home.

was dissipointed in the range of gardening gloves available for purchase. didn't see a staff member in sight until i got to the counter. probably won't go back to this particular Bunnings.
