Bunnings

Often pop into Bunnings Cambridge as it is our closest hardware store. But unfortunately the customer service is poor, especially when trying to call them to order building materials or availability of certain items.

This store can be good and not so good. They have everything you could need for home maintenance but the staff can be uninterested in helping and almost seem to avoid the customers. A little bit of training on helping customers instead of ignoring them could be good.

Wow! We had a number of things to look for and couldn’t fault the staff - took us to what we needed and very prompt at finding prices that weren’t on the shelf. First staff member even came back to see if we had sorted everything we needed.

Brought an item here last week, spoke with a lady who put it aside and was helpful. Turned up and dealt with a guy who was so rude I wouldn't go back. Didn't appreciate being told to "just put your car seat in the front seat it'll be fine" for my infant either.

Very good store and part for the super franchise. Nice friendly team members who know there stuff and will sort in a jiffy! Low prices and good deals.
