That's why we will continue to add showrooms to our distributions centres. They also allow us to offer Click & Collect services in more areas so you can get your goods when you want and further save on freight.

Shocking customer service, spent 11 k on entire kitchen, took 11 months to get all parts, absolute friggen nightmare, wrote big complaint to management but still they don't care, would never recommend to anyone, worst experience ever!!!!

Worst service ever, do not buy from them, purchased a 11 k kitchen, took 11 months to receive all the order, wasted hundreds of dollars and time, would never recommend them to anyone, regret ever going to them, huge complaint laid but they still don't care, poor poor disgusting customer service

Absolutely un-professional and inefficient service! Placed a large order and their 'free delivery service' offered is poorly managed. Numerous phone calls and emails to them to find out that my order had been sitting with the transport company for several days - awaiting delivery! I had to call the transport company myself to expedite the delivery, only to find items missing from the order! More phone calls and emails to Trade Depot to find out where the missing items were and when they will be delivered, and I'm still waiting for the information - 1 week later!!!!
I will never again buy online from Trade Depot - and I strongly recommend anyone else considering buying from them to shop elsewhere!

Fantastic range of affordable bathroom ware & other appliances for the kitchen & household. They were extremely busy last Sunday when we visited, as they had a big sale on, but it still wasn't long till someone situated l approached us & offered assistance. Very friendly staff. The only downside was having to wait over 30 mind to collect the goods we had purchased (as they fufilled the offer from their warehouse).

I have just had once again awesome service by Vikas, his knowledge of the products is amazing, especially as you stock such a great range. We have just built, and all the kitchen cupboards and appliances, sinks tapware, bathroom vanities, toilets showers, mixers etc, laundry tub washing machine etc has been purchased with the assistance of Vikas, I would recommend Trade Depot to everyone, and would tell them to see Vikas as his knowledge and assistance is 10/10. But must say the whole experience has gone smoothly, from the girls at the front to the boys at the back loading up. Thanks Trade Depot, and Vikas for making it so hassle free.
