Awesome place, also buy online. Lot of different trends at good prices. Get a lot done in your home for some pretty good prices.

EDIT: Changed to 4 stars as issue with washer/dryer appears to finally uage been fixed after someone came by today (or looks like it has!). I am still unhappy that we have been mucked around this week and our time wasted waiting for someone to come and fix the washer/dryer... we don't mind if you need to reschedule, but it's frustrating waiting around not just one, but two days without someone showing as arranged.
Just over a year ago we got a Midea washer/dryer with the model number 360300 (in my flatmates name, Alain). Its dryer session started to become less and less functional, now at a point where it won't dry at all and keep giving us the error E3A every time, ergo, we now haven't been able to dry clothes for a couple of weeks. No one in Auckland seems to be capable of fixing this, so in the end we contacted Trade Depot to get their help, they said last week someone would come Tuesday this week (11th of June 2019), no one showed up! Then they said "we made a mistake and booked them in for Thursday" (today, 13th of June 2019) and again, NO ONE SHOWED UP! I am absolutely appalled by the level of service we have received and the fact we are stuck with a washer dryer only lasting us a year. I would not recommend Trade Depot to anyone considering the service we have received over the last couple of weeks. I am very upset about not being able to dry my clothes properly and paying about $900 for what's clearly a faulty item.

We purchased a fridge-Freezer the week before Waitangi Day, to my surprise it was delivered on Tuesday 5th Feb which was awesome timing considering a holiday coming up.
We were so excited, we unboxed our item straight from work only to find the Fridge was delivered with a massive dent, not a scratch but a DENT.
Top Left corner of the fridge, so even if we used it in the meantime, the dent would prevent the fridge from sealing properly while closing. We immediately took photos and called Trade Depot to advise about the issue. They advised they will swap out the dented one for a new. We are still waiting, after contacting them numerous times - a week later- and have nowhere to put our food in!! it's been a week ago since the fridge was delivered and standing like a white elephant in my kitchen !!!!!

Bought the upright freezer from them. Very competitive price. The only issue was waiting time from the warehouse after placing the order. It took them 35 minutes just to bring my freezer. Plenty of parking and value for money. The only downside was staff efficiency.
