Great Museum. Very nice building and interesting displays. Staff were a bit rude on arrival but the content of the museum compensated for this. Love that they offer a mymuseum card for locals so I look forward to coming again soon and seeing some different exhibtions

Lots of cool exhibitions going on. Hall has a nice cool cafe. Also has WW2 heritage show on display!

We love the Auckland Museum! Free for Aucklanders. There are so many things to see and do. The volcano area is so impressive! The Dinosaurs skeletons is my son’s favourite. There are sea animals, birds, play area, caves and a lot more! A must visit place.

Just visited the LEGO exhibit at the museum. Was amazing, lots of people (even with allocated times) a little pricey I felt. Great the kids could have a turn building too.

Easy to get in for free with my proof of address. Lots of new exhibits since I last went about 2 years ago, but my old favourites were all still around too. A really great day out for anyone. The gift store has many really beautiful items for sale so would be great for picking up gifts for home.
