The Auckland War Memorial Museum

A fantastic day out with friends or family, I visit the museum multiple times a year and I've always found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, and is the perfect place for a picnic overlooking the city.

Have always loved going here. I enjoy seeing the new exhibits but love seeing the staples too. Great place for familys. And theres something for everyone.

Really great museum with a rich history. Plenty to fill in a day exploring various areas and exhibits.

A place for somber reflection but also a place where you can bring your young to teach them so many things. New exhibits coming all the time but some of the old ones need a little work

A really fantastic museum with a huge permanent collection covering world history as well as rotating exhibitions. Love the current NZ music exhibit!
