      I recently purchased a new phone and stupidly broke it within 24 hours of owning it. I returned it for repair and received great service. The person who initially served me with my insurance claim was very helpful and understanding, organised the claim for me and sorted it out with their repair company. It was a quick painless process and my phone was returned within 7 business days despite having many public holidays in between. I will definitely continue to use this spark store for all my phone and internet requirements and needs as they have the best service I have come across to date.
