Good setup of the store where in its easy to look around and feel the new devices.

They're extremely busy all the time and always people before you when visiting them, also most of problems they will ask you to ring call center. Rather stay at home ring 0800 than visiting a shop!

Omg the customer service is amazing. I was greeted with a smile and the staff helped me sorting out my friends Bb. Although I work with a competitor I would def take notes of the customer service at the store.

The Staff at St Lukes store is OK. got my plan set up easily. However, when I cancel the plan become complicated.
