      Installed a DVD/Stereo that has smart link, so I can use Google map as GPS. Found there is something seriously wrong with the sound. Could only hear one word out of a whole sentence. Called twice and I was told it's "NORMAL". Had to visit and got the technic staff to check it out. Finally agreed to exchange one for me and booked a time. Visited again as booking, but was told the problem's "NORMAL". Worst part is the boss came out and argued with me for a while. After a long time arguing and time wasting, they exchanged it and this one worked. It's a horrible experience!!!!!!!

      Really unprofessional and not very polite staff. Had to come back four times to get the central locking on my car fixed, that was first installed by them. They now will no longer reply to my emails regarding the same problem. I do not recommend this shop.

      Really efficient and great technical advice. WAs surprised to find they've been in the trade 20 years and I only knew today!. Will be back with the wife's car, cheers Tom
