Sound Tech Car Alarm & Car Stereos

Poor customer service assistance. Boss is rude, he doesn't care of customer time. If you call their office they will promise you heaven and earth (sales talk) and will pretend he knows everything about your car, but when you reach their office he'll tell you that their product doesn't fit and the other product will be coming the next day, so they will ask you to come back. They have inexperience young technician guy, who will try to mess up with your car to figure out how he can fit their product, even if it its not compatible. Bad experience in total. Not worth your time.

Really efficient and great technical advice. WAs surprised to find they've been in the trade 20 years and I only knew today!. Will be back with the wife's car, cheers Tom

Installed a DVD/Stereo that has smart link, so I can use Google map as GPS. Found there is something seriously wrong with the sound. Could only hear one word out of a whole sentence. Called twice and I was told it's "NORMAL". Had to visit and got the technic staff to check it out. Finally agreed to exchange one for me and booked a time. Visited again as booking, but was told the problem's "NORMAL". Worst part is the boss came out and argued with me for a while. After a long time arguing and time wasting, they exchanged it and this one worked. It's a horrible experience!!!!!!!

I had to have the Radio?Cd player replaced in the new car I had bought. I found it fast, friendly and helpful service and I have made an appointment to go back to have a car alarm fitted. A very good price, They allowed me to watch them doing the work as I used to do all that myself but I am now unable to. I learn't from the installer I watched. I live in East Auckland so I have to go out of my way to go there. But I recommend them.

I go to soundtech every time I change a new car and these guys are ace. these guys deliver top notch service and have great skills. their dvd unit makes bridge jams more bearable haha
