These guys know music, and know musical instruments better than most other music shops I've been to. Bought my most recent acoustic guitar from here and am very happy with my purchase after some good advice from the staff here and a LOT of shopping around. Reasonable prices for certain items if you do your research. Biggest range of audio equipment I've seen.

Rockshop at the Northwest mall is the review for. Don't know the name by now of the guy I met physically at the store but have come across on phones too. He is quite nice and is always helpful to see what he can do to provide good service and price. Have found other store people a bit odd or not that great like him but still good. Kudos to the staff member and this store.

Haven't purchased from here yet but staff are always very knowledgeable and approachable, lots of great stock hoping to buy from here in the future. Have a few mates who have purchased and nothing but good things to say. Prices are quite competitive and they usually have an awesome catalog with some nice sales going on.

Yeah... nah. Was browsing to buy a DJ set-up. A couple of Pioneer CDJs and a mixer. Staff didn't really seem bothered that I was trying to spend around $4,000 in their store. So walked down the road to Mix Foundation and got all the service I could eat. Spent my money there instead. Room for improvement, Rockshop.
