Happy with service got new needles for turntables, staff very helpful i wish they would put digital out west, parking can be very hard to find.

Very good range of digital instruments, mixers, tuners and more. One of the best music shops in Auckland I think, certainly for serious musicians.

Good collection of musical instructions and books.

Rockshop K Road is an institution. And this is where it all began. There are dedicated adjacent stores for drums, bass, guitar, digital, sound and a rehearsal space. I regularly go to get my guitars seen too (much of which they do on-site) and their is one of the better collections of high end and introductory guitars and amps. This is a pro-shop and so the team behind the counter are either experienced muso's or guitar techs which is really useful for an beginner or intermediate player. So if you budget is $100 or $10,000 this is the place to go. For first timers this is definitely a rock oriented store with the a lot of high gain or classic rock amps and pedals.
