Not what it used to be a real shame, wait times are too long and good doctors have moved on, as have I.

Not what it used to be takes way to long to be seen so i have moved doctors.

The service from the admin staff is not so good, and this is every single time I visited the practice. They ignore you when you are waiting to be served, and have an attitude when you ask for an approximate time for when you will be seen. Not impressed.

Went there today to find out by accident that our medical records had in fact been stuffed up by a previous staff member there and required some time to fix. The doctors and nurses are nice but the admin staff behind the desk are diabolical and incompetent.Why cant they at least operate the computer system and photo copier in this place.All of the seem like its their first day on the job??...when some have been there for years too.They are very lost when it comes to helping patients and lack customer service skills,ignoring people at the desk,even when its quiet??, you should know how to do all the stuff you have to ask each other how to do in the system,this is every day stuff!!. When is this place going to get some better admin staff at the desk??...how did these people get their jobs there?....amazing such incompetent people can be in a medical centre as frontline staff????..whats going on in this place??....its a shame as its a nice new facility with a pharmacy that lings to the waiting room.....get some better staff on the front desk please!!!....Ranui Medical Centre!!.
