Just bought a UE Megaboom here on Wednesday and the staff member that helped us was absolutely wonderful and so efficient, especially given that it was crazy crowded in there.
I do think it's one of those places where when you need help finding something specific, no one can be found, and on the flipside when you're just in there browsing, the sales reps don't seem to leave you alone.
But this experience in particular was great!

Big and massive store at the end of Sylvia Park. Very clean and tidy. The camera section is great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Great well stocked store in the mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bought an item on the weekend from here and got it for the same price as another store. Shop was tidy and clean.

A very well stocked Noel Leeming. Camera department is quite good, however they could do with having a staff member who specialises in cameras and no staff member could answer any of my questions regarding a lens. Otherwise a good shop, friendly staff and good prices.

Massive store at the end of Sylvia Park mall. All kinds of things are in stock, from white-ware to drones, computers, phones etc. Plenty of staff on hand to help out which is nice as well. Had a competition on when I visited which involved filling out a form at a computer in store. However the computer there set up for that purpose was logged out which was disappointing. Worth speaking to staff about getting a better price than the ticketed price, they may be able to do you a deal.
