Love Noel Leemimg stores always find the staff great I have called and found them very helpful checking prices for me

Staff is really helpful sometimes and wanted to rate 5/5 however this time I had some gift coupons and wanted to redeem for a few electronic items. The lady on counter was not helpful and was enquiring a lot about the coupons and seems to be angry. I had email from customer care to redeem the voucher however lady was not happy redeeming the vouchers. Did not had a good experience. So rating 2.5 instead of 5 this time.. Otherwise other staff is mostly helpdul all the times.

Staff are very knowledgeable and gave great advice on dehumidifiers! I love the wide range of choice at this store!
