Really helpful staff.Came to redeem some Flybuys points for an item & they didn't have it in store. She was very helpful, phoned around the stores and got it sent to this one for me to pick up the following week.

Staff is really helpful sometimes and wanted to rate 5/5 however this time I had some gift coupons and wanted to redeem for a few electronic items. The lady on counter was not helpful and was enquiring a lot about the coupons and seems to be angry. I had email from customer care to redeem the voucher however lady was not happy redeeming the vouchers. Did not had a good experience. So rating 2.5 instead of 5 this time.. Otherwise other staff is mostly helpdul all the times.

Very big Noel Leeming store, have lots of appliances and phone accessories. The staff are very knowledgeable and explain the product very detailed.
