Just purchased a new tv from here yesterday. The TV is great and I got a really good deal on it, but the experience I had while purchasing the tv was below average. The staff members here ignored me a few times when asking them for assistance, and after about 15 minutes of hanging around waiting for someone to help me, I ended up going to the counter and asking for help, who then asked a staff member to come help me, which took another 5-10 minutes. We got there in the end but it shouldnt have taken so long.

Great store, always have had great experiences with the staff in Wairau park. They have always been attentive and had lots of information when purchasing products like a laptop / Tv, when I needed more information on different brands / types.

I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service at the wairau park Noel Leeming. I recently purchased a new tablet there and the staff were very helpful. They answered alot of my questions and looked up extra details about the device specs to help me pick one that was compatible with my needs. I was very happy both with the service and the sale prices and deals. They also offered interest-free payment options and explained everything quite clearly. I highly reccommended this store because of the friendly customer service, and their great selection of products and prices.

good place to have a look at wide range of appliances and have professional assistance, and collect fly buys points, only thing is sometimes they are more expensive and u have to ask them to match the price with competitors

Massive store and nice layout. Wasn't immediately approached by staff which was nice. Got the help I needed and the experience was as expected.
