Store is poorly laid out and entrances were confusing and poorly sign posted. Staff were useless at customer service. No one approached me instore asking if I needed help so when I proceeded to the counter to ask for help in locating a product, the staff member I spoke to appeared to listen and said okay then turned around and did something else while ignoring me Then when I asked someone else they pointed to a box and said I'd need to rummage through an overflowing box and he walked off. Poor customer service

Just purchased a new tv from here yesterday. The TV is great and I got a really good deal on it, but the experience I had while purchasing the tv was below average. The staff members here ignored me a few times when asking them for assistance, and after about 15 minutes of hanging around waiting for someone to help me, I ended up going to the counter and asking for help, who then asked a staff member to come help me, which took another 5-10 minutes. We got there in the end but it shouldnt have taken so long.

Just purchased a washing machine here as they had a sale. Nice layout for kitchen appliances. Staff were friendly and the storeman was helpful. Flybys is a bonus as well.
This retail market will always be competitive with Harvey Normans just down the road.

A very large store with the best selection of any of the other Noel Leeming's I've been to. The staff are extremely good at explaining the differences between certain products and advising what is best for the individual.

Needed to exchange a faulty appliance and had no problems at all..great firm to do business with
