I got an OK deal on a dishwasher but when I went to collect it the out the back staff were rude and surly. I asked a simple question if the machine was white as I had ordered and the guy treated me like I was a complete nuisance and refused to answer. I think Noel Leeming should remember that service starts when you enter the store and ends when you collect the goods.
