McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

This is my favourite Maccas. I love the good deals and the frozen drinks. Sometimes I need to wait for my order but its normally worthwhile.

This is a very busy store. I went there Saturday 2 weeks before. I ordered an ice cream and a hot chocolate for my daughter and me. Ice cream was served immediately and I was waiting for the hot chocolate. There was long queue and lot of people were waiting to collect their order. I waited several minutes as they were so busy. My daughter finished her ice cream and still they haven't served the hot chocolate. I tried to speak staff but they were busy,and at last got a chance and I gave him the receipt. That person checked the receipt and found the hot chocolate was still at the machine. And I got a cooled chocolate, not a hot chocolate :D . I didn't get it too serious as I ordered a $1 hot chocolate,but I'm not quite happy. They should be more attentive than this, though it's only $1.

Very busy store, but food was fresh and hot so I don't mind a wee wait :)

Nice and hot but there is always a long wait here. The toilets were filthy too and bins were overflowing when I was there.

Nice and tidy but always really slow service. We don't bother going here anymore.
