McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Service is always quite slow at this branch but staff are friendly. The food could also be better. Good location though being right off the Albany highway

Generally have had a long wait at drive through. Staff seem nice enough

Used to be a fantastic restaurant, 50/50 chance of getting a good meal or one that seems like its been sitting for hours, staff could improve in the friendliness department.

Service is lacking - the drive thru is particularly bad but inside also slow. Seems to be attributable to management not hiring enough staff / training issues. Little care taken in preparation of orders and no response from management to a complaint when we made one.

Really busy, but the food was worth it! The kids love eating here, especially the happy meals.
