McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

This is always busy during lunch time. Queues were always long but great to see that they have self service kiosks now. Service is fast even if they serve large volume of customers. Most staff are helpful even if they are busy. They will still entertain if you ate asking for an extra fork or tomato sauce.

Not the best McDonald’s in the area, I usually choose to go to the one across in the mall if I can help it. This one is dirty and it takes a long time to get my food

Better than the other McDonald’s in Albany. Always very busy at peak lunch and dinner times, but staff quick and you don’t have to wait too long for your order. My order is always correct. Seems that the ice cream machine is out of order here a lot, but the only complaint I have.

Used to go here a lot when I was at uni as it is across the road. Would always be busy with school and uni kids in the area, and with people after sports games at the stadium across the road. Staff are generally young, slow and unfriendly. The restaurant is always very dirty with sticky floors and rubbish all over the tables - even on a quiet afternoon!

Very disspointed we were in a rush this morning and quickly went for breakfast via drive through, lady taking our order was rushing she didnt help with telling us what breakfast combos were avaliable, when we got to the window we were trying to ask her about the order and she completed ignore us and wasnt even listnening, went to he next window got our order and was told theyll bring out drinks so we drive off to park and they yell out the window for us to stop! Cars are behind us & my mum had to walk back, check our order and half of our order was missing so we had ask for the rest they didnt even gibe our reciept we also got 4 hashbrowns and didnt even get the macas play cards. So dissopointing if we werent in a rush i wouldve went inside and complained! Nyc bagel didnt even have enough sauce which pisses me off no butter for muffins n big breaky, not good enough!
