I booked a ticket with Mann travel and regretting my decision until date.Their after sales services like refund and call back sucks because they only focus on sales.I have been chasing them since april about my refund.I can not make a direct contact with the airline and Mann travel agents doesnt bother you to get an update from the airline and then provide update to the customer because thats not a work relating to sales.I would never ever recommend anyone to book any ticket with them.

I've been booking our flights with Mann Travel for about 5 years now and they always come up with the best pricing. Good firm to do business with. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
