Such a great experience with Munjal. He knows how to deal with a customer in decent ways. Even though, I have not booked the flight but he helped a lot with the future bookings and all. Our friends and family members have used this organisation. Some people not happy and some were and are. Depends what you were looking for and whether you got it or not. They do do have deals from time to time. Nice location of unit right by the Tpoint.

I have had the worst experience with Mann Travels, New Zealand. First, they changed my seat numbers which were initially given to me on my e-ticket. No one informed me about it and I got to know when I was checking in online. Then, no one picked up the phone for more than 45 minutes. One guy picked up and did not give me any satisfactory reply.
Secondly, even after repeated requests, they did not confirm my seat numbers for the connecting flight. Poor service, worst attitude, no professional approach!!
NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THE SERVICES OF MANN TRAVELS. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU WISH TO SPOIL YOUR WHOLE ITINERARY.
