Attended a few class with a friend. Really enjoyed the meditation session.

They have lots of options to consider from. Hot yoga is favourite but mind you it deoends on your strength to withstand the heat but it's good for the body. This Yoga Centre helds heaps of classes with great range on pricing too.

First attempt of Hot yoga. It was absolutely fun.

Beautiful yoga studio set in the heart of Newmarket. Absolutely pristine, with complementary sukin body products to use after your post class shower. Yin yoga was fabulously relaxing with wonderful teacher tom. Looking forward to trying the rest of their classes on offer! Would highly recommend, great discount price for first timers

Hot and sweaty yoga here is the best. Good modern facilities and shop.
