      They have lots of options to consider from. Hot yoga is favourite but mind you it deoends on your strength to withstand the heat but it's good for the body. This Yoga Centre helds heaps of classes with great range on pricing too.

      Hot Yoga is totally original to any other yoga studios in Auckland. The teachers are fantastic and run amazing classes in the hot studio to avoid injury. They have a great variety of classes to meet all ranges of abilities. There's even a spa-like feel afterwards where you have free use of Sukin products.
