I would like to share my experience when I took my wife for permanent straightening...
And after the first wash it back to normal. Then I took her to the saloon, they said they vl talk to the owner and the owner vl contact through email. No use
Total waste of money and time
Very bad product and bad services
They don't have any responsibility
They just ignoring the customers
Not worth it

Showed him a photo of the cut I wanted in one of his coffee table books. Ended up with a haircut that was nothing like it but luckily it suited me.

Worst haircut I have ever got. I was late by 4 minutes and she made me wait for 20 minutes becaise she overbooked. She was in a hurry to finish up. On top of that, she has given me a terrible haircut for an event I have to attend in a week. Would never ever go back there again.

Absolute waste of money and time! Got keratin straightening done through hair dotcom and after wash the result was disgusting. Hair became frizzier than before ,did not smoothen the hair at all. will not recommend anyone to buy the offer for keratin straightening from hair dotcom.

Absolutely disgusting! got keratin hair straightening done with the voucher !! not satisfied with the results. Still have got frizz and waves as it was before. Even had to pay $30.00 extra as they said I have "LONG" hair. Waste of $120.00. Not recommended to anyone
