Absolutely amateur!! I went in with dark brown hair and asked for a couple of highlights. They turned my hair orange and asked if I was happy with the colour!! They tried to fix it but it is still red. I now have to try fix this ridiculous mess with an at home job. I used a grabone voucher that included a manicure, even my partner noticed it was crap and said he could do a better job! After wasting 4 and a half hours of my day here, they had the guts to say it would cost $30 extra!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I left looking like a clown!!

I got a manicure + pedicure - absolutely amateur. My 6 year old cousin could do a better job with the painting aspect and all other aspects of a mani/pedi just didn't seem to be there. Had a strange foot scrub which focused on the top of my foot.. no hand/finger soak, no cuticle cut, no proper filing (such a basic skill), didn't properly remove nail polish on toes... These ladies did not know what they were doing, to be frank it was a long, painful waste of time. I'm not too sure about hygiene either..didn't want to think about it to be honest. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!
