Bought a cheap fitness tracker off them. Had a few initial issues getting it going which turned out to be my fault. Their online help was great. Offered me the choice of a refund including postage paid or sending me a new one. No need to send the old one back. In the end got it sorted and works fine. No complaints here.

Groupon has great deals, love how they always send out awesome deals every day. Always great to look on here for Christmas presents.

Groupon seems now become less flexible. having issue with prezzy card payment. customer service seems hard to deal with. lots of their deals just repeat every week.
